Send the artwork and the size breakdown. We handle the rest and send you a physical pre-production sample with all branding applied before bulk starts.
Woven and printed labels
Centre-back neck labels, side labels and care labels woven or printed to your artwork, with your size and composition text.
Hangtags and barcodes
Hangtags, string and seal tags, price tickets and barcode stickers applied at packing, ready for retail or e-commerce fulfilment.
Polybags and cartons

Lab dips and fabric approvals against your colour standards, with dye lot control so the second order matches the first.

Your branding files are archived, so the next season starts from your approved sample rather than from zero.
Your design does not become our catalogue
A private label supplier that later sells your style to another buyer destroys your season. We keep patterns, tech packs and branding files tied to your account, and we do not list private label styles in our own product range. If exclusivity on a construction matters to you, put it in writing at sampling stage and we will confirm it before bulk.
We also keep approved samples on file, so a reorder in a later season is produced against the same pattern, the same fabric specification and the same branding placement.
Where your order is actually made
These are our own workshops in Dongguan, not a trading office. Cutting, sewing, bonding, moulding, QC and packing all happen in the same compound, which is why we can hold a 60–90 day bulk lead time without depending on outside subcontractors.
Certifications your buyer will ask for
We are audited and certified, and we hand over the paperwork with the goods. Social compliance, quality management, environmental management and product safety are covered before you place the first order — not promised after.
