A lingerie manufacturer in China you can audit before you order
Tianjie Lingerie Factory is a women's lingerie and underwear manufacturer in Dongguan, Guangdong — one of the densest lingerie production clusters in China. We have run our own plant since 1998: 350+ workers, 20,000 m² of floor space, 10 production lines and 400 sets of specialised machines, producing about 2 million pieces a year for brands in Europe, Russia, Australia and the Americas.

What a China lingerie factory has to prove
Price is only one line on the comparison sheet. These are the five points buyers actually check before they move a program from their current supplier, and where we can show evidence rather than claims.
Real production capacity
10 lines and 400 machines producing 2 million pieces a year. Capacity is visible on the floor, not on a brochure.
Certificates in your buyer's name
BSCI social audit, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and GRS. Documents are handed over with the shipment.
Quality you can measure
Four QC stages — fabric, in-line, semi-finished and final — plus AQL inspection and third-party inspection on request.
English-speaking communication
One merchandiser per account, replying in English, with comments tracked in writing so nothing is lost between samples.
Export handled end to end
Invoice, packing list, certificates, sea/air/express booking. We ship to Europe, Russia, Australia, New Zealand and the Americas.
Repeat production, not one-off
Most of our clients reorder season after season. Approved samples and patterns are archived so the second order matches the first.
What happens in the first four weeks
Buyers switching from another factory want to know how fast the first real sample lands. Here is the honest timeline.
Day 1–3: enquiry
We confirm capability, indicative price and MOQ for your style. If we cannot make it, we say so at this stage.
Week 1: fabric and trim options
We propose fabrics and laces that match your target price, with test reports where available.
Week 2–4: sampling
A physical counter sample in 2–3 weeks. Revision rounds continue until you approve.
Week 4: cost locked
Price, MOQ and lead time are confirmed against the approved sample — not against a drawing.
Week 5 onward: bulk
Bulk production runs 60–90 days depending on quantity and complexity, then AQL inspection and shipment.
Next season: repeat
Your patterns and approved samples stay on file, so reorders skip most of the development cost.
Why Dongguan, and what it means for your price
Dongguan sits inside the Pearl River Delta lingerie cluster. Lace, elastic, foam cups, wires, hooks and dyeing houses are within a short drive, which shortens fabric lead time and keeps sampling fast. It is the same reason the region supplies most of the world's mid and high-end lingerie.
Our office is in Shenzhen, an hour away, so export paperwork and buyer meetings happen in the city while production stays on our own floor in Dongguan. If you visit China, you can see the line your order will run on.

Where your order is actually made
These are our own workshops in Dongguan, not a trading office. Cutting, sewing, bonding, moulding, QC and packing all happen in the same compound, which is why we can hold a 60–90 day bulk lead time without depending on outside subcontractors.

Certifications your buyer will ask for
We are audited and certified, and we hand over the paperwork with the goods. Social compliance, quality management, environmental management and product safety are covered before you place the first order — not promised after.
Send your tech pack or reference sample
Tell us the style, the fabric and the quantity you have in mind. We reply with a price range, a sampling schedule and the MOQ for that specific style — usually within one working day.
- Sampling in 2–3 weeks
- Bulk lead time 60–90 days
- MOQ 1,000–3,000 pcs per style per colour
